U veću zdjelu stavite brašno te dodajte sol i starter.
Pripremite vodu i odmah je dodajte u brašno i sve miješajte kuhačom. Kad vam se sve poveže, polijte malo maslinovog ulja po tijestu te još jednom sve izmijesite. Tijesto oblikujte i stavite u zdjelu koju omotate prozirnom folijom. Ostavite tijesto u hladnjaku da fermentira sedam sati.
Sada slijedi slatko iščekivanje.
