SASTOJCI:
- 600 g MIX B brašna, Schar
- 500 ml tople vode
- 50 g maslaca ( omekšalog, sobne temperature)
- 15 g suhog kvasca
- 1 čajna žlica šećera
- 1- 2 čajne žlice soli

PRIPREMA:
U veću zdjelu stavite brašno, omekšali maslac, sol te napravite rupicu u sredini brašna u koju stavite kvasac i šećer.

Uliti malo tople vode promiješati te ostaviti da se kvasac diže pokriti krpom.

Kad je kvasac spreman miješajte mikserom koristeći spiralan nastavak, tako ćete puno lakše izraditi tijesto postepeno dodavajući ostatak tople vode.

Tijesto dobro izmiješati mikserom da se svi sastojci povežu.

Ostaviti tijesto da se diže 35 minuta na toplom pokriveno krpom.
Kad je tijesto spremno premažite kalup s malo maslaca rasprostranite tijesto po kalupu (veličina kalupa 32×13 cm).
Možete i kruh premazati prije pečenja s malo rastopljenog maslaca.
Peći na 190 stupnjeva stupnjeva, 35 do 40 min. ovisno o jačini pećnice.
Kad se kruh potpuno ohladi izvadite ga iz kalupa.
