SASTOJCI:

– 500 g MIX B brašna ( Schar + 70 g za brašniti radnu površinu)
– 80 grama
tapioke (FARABELLA kupila ovdje: GlutenBio
– 100 ml ulja
– sol (po želji količina)

-250 g krem sira

– 550 ml toplog mlijeka
-1 vrećice suhog kvasca ili pola kocke svježeg (Di-go)

PRIPREMA:

Kad se kvasac digne na toplom (15 minuta), zamijesite tijesto mikserom, pokrijte i ostavite na toplom 20-30 minuta. Tijesto je mekše zato miješajte mikserom koristeći spiralan nastavak. Na taj način ćete puno lakše izraditi tijesto.
Kada se tijesto digne još jednom ga ponovno zamijesite i podijelite tijesto na manje kuglice. Ostavite tijesto da ponovno odmori jedno 15 minuta, tada od tijesta možete raditi razna peciva te
ih posipati raznim sjemenkama sa sezamom, bučinim, suncokretovim ili lanenim sjemenkama.
Peći na 200 stupnjeva 15 do 20 minuta (ovisno o jačini vaše pećnice).

INGREDIENTS

  • 500 g MIX B flour ( by Schar + 70g to flour the surface)
  • 80 g tapioca flour (I bought FARABELLA flour at GlutenBio)
  • 100 ml oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 250 g cottage cheese
  • 550 ml warm milk
  • 1 packet active dry yeast (or a half a cube fresh yeast)

INSTRUCTIONS

Prepare the yeast by following the instructions on the packets and let it sit for about 15 minutes.

Put all the other ingredients into a mixing bowl. Mix on medium speed and slowly add the yeast. Mix until well combined.

Let the dough sit in a warm place for 20- 30 minutes to rise. The dough will be thin and soft so you will have to use the mixer.

While the dough is rising, preheat the oven to 200°C. Lightly grease a couple of baking sheets; or line with parchment.

After 20-30 minutes of rising, flour the working surface, knead the dough and form it into small balls. Let the dough sit for another 15 minutes.

You can make rolls of different shapes and sizes with this dough. Also, you can put sesame, pumpkin, sunflower seeds, or flaxseed.

Put the rolls into the oven for 15-20 minutes until the tops are golden brown.
