Pahuljice

SASTOJCI:

– 500 g bezglutenskog brašna
– 80 grama tapioka
(FARABELLA kupila ovdje: GlutenBio 
 oboljeli od celijakije isključivo deklariranu tapioku gluten free)
– 100 ml ulja
– sol (po želji količina)

– 1 jušna žlica psillyuma (opcionalno) 
-250 g svježeg sira

– 600ml mlijeka(obično ili bez laktoze)
-2 vrećice suhog kvasca ili kocka svježeg (Di-go)

PRIPREMA:

Kad se kvasac digne na toplom (15 minuta), zamijesite tijesto mikserom, pokrijte i ostavite na toplom 30-40 minuta. Tijesto je rjeđe, mekše (zato miješate mikserom).
Kada se tijesto digne još jednom ga ponovno zamijesite i podijelite tijesto na manje kuglice.
Ostavite tijesto da ponovno odmori jedno 15 minuta, tada od tijesta možete raditi razna peciva te ih
posipati raznim sjemenkama sa sezamom, bučinim, suncokretovim ili  lanenim sjemenkama.
Peći na 200 stupnjeva 15 do 20 minuta (ovisno o jačini vaše pećnice).

The Terrible Twos

INGREDIENTS

  • 500 g all-purpose gluten-free flour
  • 80 g tapioca flour (I bought FARABELLA flour at GlutenBio) 
  • 100 ml oil
  • salt (as per taste)
  • 1 tablespoon psyllium (optional)
  • 250 g cottage cheese
  • 600 ml milk (regular or lactose-free)
  • 2 packets active dry yeast (or a cube of fresh yeast)

INSTRUCTIONS

Prepare the yeast by following the instructions on the packets and let it sit for about 15 minutes.

Put all the other ingredients into a mixing bowl. Mix on medium speed and slowly add the yeast. Mix until well combined.

Let the dough sit in a warm place for 30-40 minutes to rise. The dough will be thin and soft so you will have to use the mixer.

While the dough is rising, preheat the oven to 200°C. Lightly grease a couple of baking sheets; or line with parchment.

After 30-40 minutes of rising, dust the surface for kneading with 2 tablespoons of flour, knead the dough and form it into small balls. Let the dough sit for another 15 minutes.

You can make rolls of different shapes and sizes with this dough. Also, you can put sesame, pumpkin, sunflower seeds, or flaxseed.

Put the rolls into the oven for 15-20 minutes until the tops are golden brown.
